When nations have chosen to draft kids over women(see nazi Germany), when there's more child soldiers than women fighting in Africa, when disabled men were drafted to Vietnam instead of women. How can someone say that adult women weren't drafted because they aren't fit? Are 10 year olds and disabled men more fit to serve? Obviously not. We are mixing things up here, there are other several European nations that don't rely on obligatory service. For example, I'm Portuguese, here you only serve if you want, but keep in mind this behavior might change in a situation of conflict so compulsory draft could happen if things escalated and I'm well aware of that since they told us in the National Defense Day.
