No, it's a silent breakup, but then again I also consider cheating a silent breakup.

If it's between celibacy and simping, many men would choose the latter. However a loving relationship is preferable to both.

That's exactly why I'm a propent of you-tan-Asia and four-st ah-bow-shin for the bottom 80% of men :3

Non-Sequitur. That was a close one. I almost got sucked in.

If we assume that women are single at the same rate as men, it still doesn't disprove OP's claim. Women are usually holding out for mister perfect and wait because they know men desire them. Men are insecure, desperate and still end up with nothing. Now, let's address the fact that men and women are not single at the same rates. Ever heard of a guy stringing along multiple girls, or a guy with a secret second wife and family? The reverse rarely if ever happens. Also if we look at younger cohorts…

Are the following catcalling or not: "Hey handsome, do you want to go on a date?" (complementing looks and saying you want to date them) "Hey pretty girl, do you want to go on a date?" (complementing looks and saying you want to date them) Are the following catcalling or not: "Hey, nice abs!" (complementing looks) "Hey, nice rack!" (complementing looks) What's your definition of catcalling? Do you honestly think other women share it?

Motte and Bailey. In practice no such distinction is made. Sometimes when a man is attractive cat calling is seen as acceptable (refer to that old meme), but the words themselves are not relevant.

I can't afford to live, but women's bosses are male boomer assholes, so I'm supposed to feel bad? I can't ever hope for love or a family of my own, but women sometimes get compliments on the streets, so I'm supposed to feel bad? I wouldn't complain if at least society said we all have it equally bad, but no as baffling as it is I'm supposedly privileged. LITERALLY HOW ON EARTH

If society (in addition to no longer being only selectively egalitarian) was honest about women not needing men anymore and giving frustrated men a way out (Switzerland style ;) there would be no issue I think.

My post clearly disagreed with OP. Here's a copy that was deleted: For a woman its a pure wildcard. she could think she found the one but the guy jumps the moment something better comes or its get complicated. This is only true if the guy in question is attractive. A woman gets a lot of attention from sincere men that she deems to be beneath her. I hate this "both sides have it rough in their own ways" rhetoric. The experiences are not in any way on the same level. It's like saying rich people h…

I tried and I tried, I went to specialists, to psychiatrists. Nothing really works. I've been taking finasteride for over a year. Nothing. I was taking paroxetine for a solid three months. While it does make cumming harder, it doesn't eradicate desire. I haven't tried anti-androgens yet because doctors are unwilling to prescribe me any and suggests therapy instead. The therapist gaslights me and suggests dating advice I've already tried.

Just because you swipe left on a woman doesn't mean you aren't attracted to her. Personally that's how I tried to fool the algorithm. I swiped left on very attractive women I knew I had no chances with and swiped right on women that are less conventionally attractive. Just because you match doesn't mean you will get a date or even get to talk to her. Chances are she will talk to one of the hundred more attractive men in her matches.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
