That’s sucks but seems like it happens a lot. Fortunately, the court saw thru her bullshit thankfully and all the charges were dropped!!

Trust what Cisco kid is saying happened to my son she LIED big time and pulled a protective order they saw right through it in court but never the less got him taken out of the house and she was the narcissist abuser. Seems like that is a trick women are using now a days get men removed from their house. I’m just appalled by the way she stood up in court and bold faced lied to the judge

Trust me there is nothing fast about a divorce but you do need to hire an attorney. Depending on which state you live in, it’s usually 50/50 split or equitable division. If both names are on the deed and you both paid into the home it’s pretty unlikely she will get the whole house.

They were only married 7 yrs not really considered a long marriage and if he is employable, they may give him some for a period of time to try to get a better job. Also probably will get some child support which would help that also depends on the custody split 50/50 and if the state uses the “shared income model”

Alimony only lasts for 1/2 the length of the marriage and you have to meet certain criteria to get it. If he wants to get better housing for the kids until they are 18 alimony wont do that. Some child support might help with that thou

Thank you and good advise. I have told him most of what you said but I just needed to hear people’s opinions and advise on it 😊

He did study the court orders and there is nothing in there about haircuts or clothing. I they are not officially divorced yet so that is temporary orders and she is so bad the mediator walked out and said to him “she is not going to cooperate at all!! So now they have to go to trial

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
