One is a monthly amount that is given to cover every day normal expenses such as food, clothes and housing. The other is a reimbursement that is billed to the other parent for things like childcare, medical expenses, and school expenses like band or the like Maybe I’m just being pedantic, but ‘to cover expenses’ and ‘reimburse for billing’ sounds pretty much the same.
