That because they don't want men they deem "below" them. Men tend to not care about the women's financial status, as long as she is not in massive debt. Women, on the other hand, actually do not want to be the "bread winner" even though she makes more money. So instead, they look for a man who makes at least as much as they do and with more women finishing college that pool of men is increasingly shrinking.

Fun story. My cousin, who was a contractor in Seattle, was working on a multi story build. He was working on the 4th or 5th floor window frame for one of those full wall windows when he lost his footing. He grabbed the first thing he could, bundle of wiring hanging near him. Fine, don't have them register for selective service. Also don't make qualifying for federal loans, grants and jobs contingent on registering for men. And, men who fail to register can be charged with a federal offence and fined up $250,000 and sentenced to up to 5years in jail. So is that "fair"?

They didn't block her from filming, never told her to stop filming, they just told her to film from the sidewalk. Also they had her back away because they want to make sure that she will not be a threat or attempt to "help" her friend. It not only for the police protection but also for hers and her friend who is being arrested for assault on an officer.
