That is correct, but I highly, highly doubt it would apply to a person with Schizophrenia. Think more along the lines of a person who 100% cannot care for themselves, such as severe intellectual disability.

I can’t even count how many times I was sexually battered/assaulted as a young man ( ~14-24). I was a very good looking young man. I’ve had my ass grabbed dozens of times by women my age at the time or much older, women forcing their tongue in my mouth, grabbing my junk, my ex wife (drunk) got on top of me when I was dead asleep and raped me. No one gives a fuck. Just assumed I “enjoyed” all of this.

Thankfully this was my situation in CA that has a child support calculator and defaults to 50/50 custody. My ex and I had very similar incomes. Sold the house, split it. Split up our mutual shit. Neither of us had significant debt. Did DIY divorce. I owe $43 a month for CS. I would never marry again though unless she earned significantly more than me and I will be having no more kids.

Just a side note: the state does not HAVE to get involved if both parents agree on CS and don’t want the state involved. However, at least in my state if the receiving parent wants the state involved (collect the CS on their behalf) they can and they do take some small fee (although that small fee obviously adds up when you’re collecting millions a week). Also, if the parent receives state assistance for the child the state WILL be involved.

It’s not just CA. This applies to every state.

Lol. You can’t, even if you wanted to, sign away your parental rights. The only time this realistically happens is if there’s another party willing to adopt the child in your place. Even then it has to be approved by a judge. As others have said: paternity test. Lawyer. Unless you’re some total dirtbag there no reason you should not get at least 50% custody.

Unfortunately from a legal standpoint she hasn’t done anything wrong as there’s no custody agreement in place. If you feel she’s truly a danger to them call CPS. Otherwise you’ve done what you can with the ex parts motion. Edit: a judge will be none too happy about what she has done. This will likely work in your favor.

He said she was a welfare mom. Money probably goes to the state.

OP: you fucked up once. Don’t fuck this up more. You need to speak with a family law attorney Tuesday. FULL STOP. Don’t have money for a lawyer? Beg, borrow, sell blood. It’s that important! Since she is here illegally now that may be a blessing for you. The kid is also a US citizen and your local court has current jurisdiction over this case. DO NOT let her take the kid out of your county, parish, borough, whatever! If she does and enough time goes by that court then gets jurisdiction. If she d…

Just to add to that trans people need to take hormones for life. Meaning they would need them on the battlefield (this is a logistical problem obviously). Also, if someone wants to transition the VA would be required to provide the surgery (AFAIK) meaning they’re out of commission for possibly months.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
