Well here we go again. Crazy time again tonight. But now more interesting. Shes been at the bar for awhile after getting the news that she no longer has her job. So many excuses why she can’t get a better job. Well now she gas to. But will she? I had a phone consult with a layer. Had a lot of questions answered. BUT i forgot to ask when does SSupport and CS start? Can we negotiate its start? When divorce is finalized? When we sell house and move on? What is typical? We both can’t afford to move …

Jeezzz, this sounds just like what is happing right now. Only difference is that she makes<40k. I found out that I am only a paycheck to her by reading some texts to her friends. Wish I never would have picked up that phone. You wrote up your agreement. Did you use on-line forms? Would you share privately (with the right stuff redacted)? Could use some help. I'm in a fog right now..... Good luck to you and please come back and let this group know what happens.

49M just starting process, need some guidance after reading this excellent comment. Where can we find example settlements for Kansas (or other states)? Will try good old Google but any bread crumbs here would be appreciated

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
