IANAL but bn the US as I understand it, for criminal proceedings, you don't initiate the prosecution, the district attorney does. Civil cases are a different story and there's a different burden of proof. It's possible that the district attorney would decline to prosecute such a case based upon the likelihood of you being found innocent due to the defense of necessity argument.

How do you explain antifa (self-professed anti-fascist anarchists) rioting at UC Berkely in solidarity with the feminists in an attempt to shutdown Milo's anti-feminist speaking events? I know a man who was listed as the father on a birth certificate, but was out of state at the time. He wasn't aware that he needed to contest or that the woman had put him on the birth certificate. DNA testing showed that he was not the father, but the state does not care. He's financially responsible since he did not contest the status as parent within the necessary time-period.

While the course, known as a “DeCal Course,” is student-taught and organized, it had to be approved by the school’s academic senate as well as the dean of its respective academic department. I suspect that because it is "student-taught" it would be a major liability for the University if the students and their "teachers" were hooking up. Chances are, at some point the all-nighters will get old. We'll tire of pumping our bodies with caffeine and working on weekends for a less than 6 figure salary. We might even grow to envy some of our male friends who are clocking out at a reasonable hour in silicon valley. Ok.. this has to be satire! Right? When you look through the list, you'll find that most of the higher paying jobs that also come with low stress are in STEM. On what fucking planet is STEM low stress? Most of the women I've seen wash out of STEM careers couldn't take the stress of long hours, dull work, unrealistic deadlines, and ridiculous performance expectations, on top of lack of flexibility for a balanced work/life.
