Mine was an emotional child. I swear somebody could steal our car and she would say I have anger issues and yell too much because I got pissed. Yeah and the fact that you aren't upset and yelling dear is why I will never have a kid with you, because mama bears need to get upset sometimes.

You're probably stuck in the same physical space for the next 10 months. I feel like there's some commonalities with your situation and mine. I dont know how emotionally attached you are to her, but I think you should strongly consider filing against her. She will do it eventually and she will do it at the most advantageous time and situation to her. I would get out in front of this and not spend the time and money on her anymore. Is your job something where you can work more hours? If so, even if you're not necessarily seeing immediate financial payment it could be something to preoccupy your time and set you up better career wise. The other thing I started doing was cooking actual meals. A decent meal can take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes to make. Outside of that working out, hanging out at my local bar, going to church/religious organization and some videogames keep me pretty occupied.

If your divorce and terms are final there is nothing she can do about it. You agreed upon terms as a couple making $170k, she can do nothing if in the future you're in a relationship making $425k. Well, besides seethe.
