Technically some things I experienced in grad school fall under title IX. Did the school do anything? No. Because the harassment was from a woman.

In a supposedly loving relationship I was in before it turned sour, after I had ignored red flags, we were in bed having sex. She shoved her fingers up my ass penetrating me without asking or knowing if I would want that. It hurt and I pushed her off and was like wtf do not do that. Sometime later, she tried to strangle me as she was on top of me and I nearly passed out. I told her no. Do you think either would be considered sexual assault? It's possible for a spouse to rape. Both of these insta…

A woman, errr girl, I was interested in (but who didn't know it) last year would flirt with me and give me all kinds of signals. Finally I revealed I was interested in her and then she turns around and says, well I have a partner. I told her oh that's too bad and never talked to her again and started dating someone else. Visibly in front of her. If I were that partner of hers, she would probably have done the same to me by flirting with others only to tell them she has a partner. A test to see w…

I'm around your age. Ive been with as many women as I am old. Nearly got engaged twice. I've witnessed the change in technology. People have become selfish and can easily change relationships like changing brands of toothpaste or swiping a screen. Used to be the case you had to actually risk something by approaching someone or entering a relationship. And used to be the case that options were limited and you took what you could get and then had to work at it. Now it's as if everyone has become n…

bingo. in a recent civil undertaking (parallel to criminal) ex used photoshopped stuff as evidence. but had also put photoshopped things online as a smear campaign. the multitude of lies were well documented. after civil proceedings, they filed a false police report, which now is added crime against public authority and perjury. document everything and their stupidity will be their undoing.

5 years in this situation. not rape but smear campaign. the accusations change all the time. thus taking itself apart. document document document. i have hundreds of pages of evidence now. self care. education. therapy. watching lots of videos on yt about how to deal with narcists. justice bureaucracy in my country is slow. but i am almost through it. taken a lot to have to stand up for myself.
