1	The Tea app must be deleted Section 230 says otherwise. Correct. It's a civil defamation and libel lawsuit waiting for the company and its "anonymous" users. They're setting themselves up for legal recourse. I'd be surprised if there aren't active litigation cases already. Its "anonymous" users can be unmasked. John (Jane?) Nope. The owner of the Forums is not liable for the content that the users post online, unless it can be proven that they substantially contributed to that contents creation. Mearly hosting that content isn't enough to give them liability.
