Then you are foolish to think rape has nothing to do with bodily harm or potential bodily harm. It is like talking to a brick wall.

stealthing can be classified as rape because it causes bodily harm which is part of the definition of rape, whereas not paying doesn't? So the condom analogy is not applicable in this situation. How are you not able to interpret this?

stealthing, or removing the a condom when your partner is unaware during intercourse can potentially cause bodily harm. This case it doesn't, so no, it does not encourage stealthing

That's not how it works. Consent was established the moment she agreed to have sex, payment or not. Consent only attributes to the act of sex, and the payment for theft. You are confusing rape and theft.

Consent was given EVEN without money because she agreed to have sex willingly. If there was no consent, then it would not have occurred in the first place. The entire duration in which they had sex, it was consensual in the woman's mind, she never said stop and he persisted, and he never forced himself on her. I can't believe i have to repeat this multiple times. What you are referring to is the withdrawal of consent which is not possible. What he did was theft NOT rape.🤦‍♂️

Yes without the money consent was still given lmao, otherwise they wouldnt have had willing sex in the first place. And if they did (assuming he forced himself) it would be rape. What she should have done was ask for a payment upfront. How is this so hard for you to understand? You are literally just twisting the definiton of rape

Self defining the barrier of consent for the sake of your argument is more pathetic. Who is to say material objects is a requirement to consent to a sexual act - you? It was consensual the moment she agreed and only applies to the act of sex. Anything beyond that is theft/fraud. The entire duration of the period they had sex, she was willing and not forced. If she were to say no and he proceeded THEN it would be rape. Consent cannot be retroactively taken away or withdrawn. If he were to be trie…

An expectation of financial assets is no different from an expectation of intimacy in this example. Also the vast majority of people, including feminists disagree with your statement. There have been many cases where women try to steal men's sperm for financial gain, yet many articles fail to mention the man was raped. No one is fighting imaginary enemies. The problem is you are trying to change the definition of rape

The woman agrees to have sex with the expectation of intimacy. When she finds out there is none and regrets it, then you consider it rape? In both cases the woman had sex expecting something in return but did not get it. The example i used aligns perfectly. Regarding your example, how come it is generally not considered rape then when the woman lies about being on the pill? Or if a woman uses a man's sperm from the condom in order to get pregnant? By your logic, consent was broken yet no one con…

It's theft, period. Nothing more nothing less

No, he is buying the service (sex). If he were to be tried it should be for theft, not rape

Agreed he is a huge POS. But the definition of rape is: non-consensual sexual acts committed by physical force, threat of injury, or other duress, or committed against people who are legally or otherwise unable to consent. I would consider this case more fraud as you mentioned

Not saying what he did isn't wrong, it is just not rape by definition. I gave the OP an equivalent example by saying after consensual sex, and she regretted it, does that make him a rapist? They deleted their comments after. It is mind blowing to see how many people agree with that post.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
