8	MGTOW helped me take my life back I was the worst kind of blue pill, white knight simp of all until the age of 45. That’s a good chunk of my life. I had some childhood reasons causing that plus I just didn’t know any better. I had to stumble upon Mgtow. That was 2 years ago. Now I see guys like I used to be everywhere and I want to tell them that there is something better out there. They look so defeated. 2	She Sucks Your Value For years all of my resources (time, energy, money, brain power) went into improving her. For the last 2 years since being MGTOW they have gone into improving me. 2	New to MGTOW where to start As I mentioned in another reply, I think Sandman is a thought leader when it comes to MGTOW. Just a really sharp guy who tells it like it is. 1	To all the people coming to this sub who believe we hate women. I don’t hate women. I just think relationships with women are likely to end bad. Women get bored with their own lives and they take it out on the man they are with. You will spend all of your time, money and energy to fill up her life and make sure she is entertained, but it’s a temporary fix. Now I put my time, money and energy into myself. 1	New to MGTOW where to start I don’t think a lot of guys are bitter. I spent years as a white knight and sure a little bitterness still lingers. But now I put my resources towards my own improvement and not hers. What a waste of time, energy and money that was. But now I am free and definitely not bitter about that. 2	Guys dying in their 40’s I think this is the problem. A lot of the guys who work around me are alphas. They put a high value on status. Not just making a lot of money, but getting the pretty girl (every Chad wants a Betty), buying a nice house, sending their kids to good private schools, vacationing in cool places...
