If it feels unnatural you probably have a form of Computer Guy Posture Once your shoulders adjust to a back and down position this is a very comfortable position. If you are having trouble with media just set a limit on yourself to an hour and a half a day. You can go even less if you have the mental strength. I find this makes using these resources more like a dessert. When I first started looking into my inner confidence I cut it down to half an hour a day and cut out electronic lights as well.
