Lol. I realize it's rhetoric but like others feel "seen" and "targeted." All of us uniquely have "the same story" with minor differences. It's really effing frustrating. I know that a large amount of my pain is internalization that I shouldn't be doing. Like seriously masochistically brutal because I should have been able to fix this even though it is truly 100% not me or even really about me. I'd say "but" or "well.."; however it doesn't matter. You are going to be in more than the verge. And it's okay. It's okay. You can feel the sadness. You can mourn this. I am getting out of a 14 year marriage. I feel blindsided and radioactive. Protect yourself. Protect your daughter. Be civil. Be kind. But you don't have to be niiiiice. I got the "would you be willing to help a friend?" You ain't my friend woman. An enemy is kinder. Her mom asked if I could sup…

I'm scared because of the possible disconnect between words and actions. Maybe it's not fair to say it this way. But given how we were a couple, married, doing stuff and how she gets to decide she's given up, and all of these consequences; she doesn't understand how I can be afraid that she'll go punitive or why I'm afraid she'll deny me access to the kids. She says she doesn't want to do that. So why don't I believe her? Maybe because she lied. She doesn't see it that way. But she gave up month…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
