3	Parental Time Because legally parenting time can’t be changed for 2 years. Thats why there is no change. It’s just legally putting on paper what has been happening the last 2 years. 1	Parental Time I have them weds - sun 1 week. Weds thurs sat sun the other. So you think paying child support for two years at 50/50 when she wasn’t honoring a 50/50 schedule is ok? 1	Parental Time I have 2 years of her not following the agreement. I think that’s sufficient to alter the agreement.
