Why does it feel like it's still controversial to say that women go for social status? That's what feminists call equality. Sweden, however, where I live, has the most wealth inequality in the entirety of Europe. And like all other countries with large wealth concentrations crime follows. Everyone is trying to blame it on the immigrants but that's a distraction. We have the usual men at the top 1% of wealth women dominating universities and men dominating homelessness. And also more women escape poverty than men I think, don't have time and energy for finding sources right now.

As the father of a daughter watching the transition from child to teenager, I started to feel really sad about the fact that after a certain point, she and all of her peers suddenly felt they couldn't leave the house without makeup or doing their hair, straightening it and whatnot. They generally wind up in two blocs, with two parties as bloc leaders. But who has more influence can shift. Sometimes it's a single party that isn't really strongly affiliated with either side that acts as a tie breaker. Here in Sweden, it used to be the green party. Then, it was the far right nationalist SD. Now, the right wing has taken them into the conservative block. I don't know if we have a tie breaker currently.

Regarding those paper abortions: They actually exist but only when the mother wants it. The argument that is used against this is that a child has a right to both parents. But here in Sweden (also Denmark) a single woman can get government sanctioned insemination to have a child as a single mother. The biological father in that case effectively is in the same situation as with a paper abortion. The child's perspective seems to vanish when it is the mother that wants this situation.

I believe it's because in order to accept trans theory you have to accept that some people have a male brain and some people have a female brain. Since a fundamental thing in feminism is that there is zero difference between men and women mentally this causes a problem. Every other crime is "innocent until proven guilty" because people lie. But rape is seen as different because "no woman would ever lie about that". If you want to believe that you have to view women as fundamentally different creatures than men because everyone agrees that men have the capacity to lie.
