I'm going to risk going against the hivemind, but your top comment feels full of confirmation bias and generalization. From the article: She explained that these may have had sexual contact with men, but she was unsure whether it was voluntary or not. What if she honestly thought she was part of having sex against her will? One can easily lose memory of a night while only remembering fragments, so it is possible she remembered sexual acts but not what led to that, and subsequently got very frigh…

While I'm always down for kinky, I almost wonder if schwendenbase was being sarcastic about how this idea could set off warning flags for a girl and stranger danger.

Hey insanehosi, thanks for this. I just sat back and thought about what kind of person I am and who I would rather I be. I just got real retrospective and inspired to be a better person. You'd be shocked how meaningful a post like this can be, so thanks.

I have a related problem in a somewhat different manner. I am a short, skinny, very nice guy (5'9, always happy, type a personality, decent looking too as I have been told), and I've found out over the years that I am very intimidating in an intellectual stance and that "scares" a lot of people. This always confused me because I never try to assert intelligence and I make a point to listen 70% or more of the time and talk for the other 30%. Anyone know why I am perceived as intimidating?

Other comments mention this, but it is worth stating that the author generalizes too much. The misogynistic approach can be sad to see at times, but the article and results itself is rather interesting. Just realize that this deals with a specific type of women, the ones willing to be on a golddigger site, so it makes sense that the majority will have such qualities.

Same here! I'm rather new to reddit, and seddit especially, not have I ever really been "told" how to go about having game, but I find myself doing many of the points and form all ready. Superb write up though, thanks.

Totally agree with this. What is all comes down to is being genuine and being yourself. But definitely try and guess if the girl is the type to get compliments from nearly every guy about how "how/beautiful" she is. If she is one of those girls compliments about her looks become a lot less meaningful. However, a compliments to her personality or interest in her hobbies usually goes a long ways.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
