They actually did. They were bully thugs illegally shutting down her shop. The kicker is in jail. She was defending herself with regular water, not boiling.

/u/canitakeoffmybrayet has been posting a source all over this thread. People were quick to believe it was boiling water without a source. It wasn't boiling, and the thugs were shutting down her shop illegally. Kicker thug is in jail. This does not belong in this subreddit because it's just injustice. Poor lady gets kicked because some bully gang shut her store down when she tries to defend herself. Such is Reddit and bandwagoning.
