1	Women have total control of the dating market One issue I've found is that approaching a woman to start a conversation, even when done with extreme tact (like not commenting on appearance) and only in an appropriate environment, can be seen as harassment. My own friend accused me of hitting on a married woman because I had a conversation with her while sitting at a table at a kids birthday party.
