I love how the woman wasn't named, but the innocent man was: Dusty D. Rea had been charged with the first-degree felony May 20 following the woman’s report and an interview with police. Now that his name is public and he had been arrested based on her lie, she may, or may not be held responsible. The woman could face falsification charges for filing a false police report. Lovely.

It really seems "imperfect" by giving a pass to women. When it is "imperfect" to men, they spend decades in prison for crimes they haven't committed.

Men are always perceived as a threat and sometimes competitor by other men. Men also don't do hero worship like women do toward favored men.

I'm not surprised. Apparently twitter gave one feminist PTSD. Another found the theory of relativity to be a sexed equation, because "it privileges the speed of light over other speeds that are vitally necessary to us"

It sure does affect the analysis of circumstantial evidence when a finder of fact is forced to make a decision because some idiot refreshman is pissed off that the sexual encounter did not seem to affect her partner negatively - as was stated by the girl as a reason for charging rape in this matter.

Nothing. Being anti-feminist is a badge of honor. Any movement that is ideologically rigid, uses advocacy research, relies on "scholarship" that is deeply flawed to patently dishonest, and for all intents and purposes is faith-based, should not be unchalleged. Being anti-feminist is not a just a choice, but a responsibility.

Ruth Jones, Occidental's Title IX coordinator, said the college has barred attorneys to prevent the discipline process from being too "adversarial"... "Too adversarial, in that attorneys would force the accused and the faculty to prove their case, instead of just steamrolling over an 18 year old freshman to satisfy political bigots." FTFY

Rape has been defined for 100s of years, until that definition was infected by identity politics and gender ideology. This woman refused to leave this guys place several times, even after he asked if she was alright. This is ludicrous. Now she is prancing around as an "activist." Calling yourself a rape victim should not be the ticket a career in bitching.

Lena Schove is a freakin' psychopath. Her rendition of events is contradicted by her own witnesses. She said she was choked and that her friend told her to go to the hospital because of bruises on her neck. The friend contradicts the statement. WTF is going on. The hysterics of women on college campus is becoming absurd.

Elam has said some mighty dumb stuff. Most of it appears to come from a place of deep seated anger. BUT, one cannot deny that he goes out and does real activism. He is like the Malcolm X of the MRM. You can distance yourself from him, but he and his website serve a vital purpose.

My email to Prof. Dirks, and other administrators Greetings: I have no official connection with Occidental College, but grew up in the area in which the college is located and have been on the campus many times. When I graduated from high school, the graduation ceremony was held at Oxy's amphitheater. I write today to express my dismay regarding statements allegedly made by Professor Danielle Dirks during the investigation of "John Doe" of the above subject lawsuit. I have had the opportunity to…

It is so obviously gender discrimination that I find it unbelievable that a Dartmouth dean had the nerve to say, on the stand, that if both are drunk and it's male/female situaltion, the risk is only on the man. Title IX - I don't think that means what you think it means, dean.

Here is the text of an email I sent on February 14 to various members of the Dartmouth administration: Greetings: You'll be surprised to know that I read a posting on the website "reddit" about Ms. Childress. The post links to a story on the online website, Inside Higher Ed, entitled, "Classrooms, Courts or Neither?" (February 12, 2014), in which Ms. Childress is quoted as stating some rather unorthodox ideas about the handling of sexual assault allegations. She is quoted, in relevant part here:…

I don't care if he is guilty or innocent regarding the accusation. If you're going to make an accusation, your name should be public. For any other crime or in civil suits, the name of the alleged victim/party is in the pleadings and public. Edit: It appears that under Federal Law, and in California (at least), the accused can make an application to be a Jane Doe, which can be granted by the court.

This sounds like the judge took a shot across the bow of Duke. Usually, on a motion to dismiss, the court states that it will deny the motion because the allegations in the complaint, if true, are valid causes of action, only grants such motions when there is a failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted. In this matter, the judge stated that the student is likely to prevail. BTW, why is the accuser's name not public? This is ridiculous. The plaintiff has demonstrated a likelihood o…

“What’s more he will harm others, from sexually transmitted infections which include oncogenic HPV types that cause cervical cancer, a potentially lethal cancer.” This is the real reason the feminist element of the genital mutilation apologists want infants maimed. Of course, the biggest reason for people advocating circumcision in the main stream press is because of Jewish advocacy.

Valenti is a professional feminist and all around jackass. No, RAINN, rape is NOT just about "a small subpopulation of men who choose to commit rape." What she is trying to convey is that all men are guilty of rape, either as perpetrators or facilitators.
