14	I am a 21 year old woman. What should we invest in and save up for? And what should we be doing in general? I feel so lost with no direction. The general rule is first build up your savings. I would say 6 months of savings where you can pay your bills. After that start saving for a house, build equity. Make sure you don't put yourself in debt for stupid things and avoid it all costs. 3	I don't want to be a housewife No one ever said you have to stay at home, but when you come home you need to be able take off the ambitious go getter hat and leave work at work. Or it slowly consumes more and more of their time to a point they seem like a roommate. To many women I meet seem to struggle with dropping that off at the door and just being a gf/wife/partner/SO.
