11	Man wins $390,000 in gender discrimination case because a woman got the promotion he was more qualified for I was a volunteer EMT several years back and this was really bad. Most of them men I worked with wouldn’t stay long because they got paying EMT jobs soon after joining. So I worked with mainly middle aged women. It was really rough because I was asked to lift everything. It also just made everything harder when working with patients because they couldn’t move them around or lift the stretcher into the back of the unit very well. Yeah I agree with that. There is nothing wrong with that since women are entering the workforce more and are also earning more men also have the same opportunity.
