...Which are also either extremely vague or discriminatory against some people, by defining it as who said something to who, not what was said

I think most people see ambigious term as an action that's another ambigious term Stacking more buzzwords on top of each other is not gonna give them any more validity

You just said that she joined ISIS again. And this is comparable, because what's deemed a terrorist organization is entirely up to the executive branch of the government. So if just being a part of one is enough to strip you of your citizenship and rights to fight for it - it is way too abusable.

Well, you told me you fully acknowledge your contribution to isis too, when's the extradition? Oh, don't worry, there's no need for court ;) See how asinine that is? Why are you against a fair system? Leave killing someone who they don't like to ISIS and let the courts and law do it's thing. Due process and fair courts is what makes you different than them.

Okay, I know ISIS is bad and she joined them already, we're on the same page. You gonna provide an argument or something, or just retype my post with random capitalization and ad hominem me again? This is a pretty open-and-shut case, she aint going back. Why are you so bent on taking away YOUR rights?

Yep, people are free to think and align themselves with me as they please, but the total polarization that's been growing in America thanks to that other party is harmful no matter how you spin it. FTFY ;)

Your citizenship may be revoked if the U.S. government can prove that you joined a subversive organization. Yea, prove... in court... aka with due process.

Then she should sue to prove her citizen status in court. She's fucked either way, but why do people want to take away their rights from themselves to avoid a case that would 200% go in their preferred direction anyway?

No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. From the Art. 3 of the us constitution. Note the words "convicted" and "court", treason is not a seeding ticket, you can't just decide willy-nilly who committed treason without letting them defend themselves in court.

"Terrorist organization" is whatever the government says it is, and it is not supervised by courts. The FBI classified ICP fans as a threat. It's too abusable. Looks like you've been a member of a terrorist organization known as "schoolkids", they're responsible for many acts of terror across the country. Hand over your rights, please.

It's unclear whether she is an american citizen or not. In any case, a noncitizen should be able to sue the state to prove his citizenship in court.

Unlike some emotional people, I agree she deserves due process, however it should be done with her out of the country.

I was pretty spooked when a girl morphed into a man in front of me by putting on a male coat. Wearing something isn't gender, its fashion

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
