Future earnings, not current, will be under control of the court as will her budgeted spending that must be approved. Never said Warner's would make the decision, they just need to frame what they would be doing in a way that makes the average person who does not deal with things like this feel better about handing over their money.

All they have to do is say that they are cutting any future checks that should arise directly to the fund that will be responsible for paying the judgement to Johnny Depp. That way they keep the Depp fans happy, and can claim to be helping Hurd to keep the left wing media that currently are having a meltdown happy too.

Or maybe if the cartel leaders of today faced real punishment instead of the slaps on the wrist they get now, their money was seized and the people laundering their money were taken out, the violence would drop. The cops that shot Breonna got what they should have, but yes, nearly everything that went wrong with that situation is due to bad procedures within the department. Why do you think the cops faced a grand jury while the city paid 12.5 million to prevent an investigation? This is how the law should work on all crimes. The lowest on the totem, barring major malice and violence, should spend less time in prison than the ones organizing it. How much different would the war on drugs have went if it focused on cartel leaders and bankers laundering money instead of street level criminals.

And if they could stop losing to boys high school players. They will get more pay when they bring in more money. Can't blame the men, there are more men in the stands watching the women run around than there are women. Last years estimate was 60% men. Men's volleyball has that problem now. Women make more because guys come to watch them in the tight shorts and caliber of play is pretty even.
