That's not justice, it's revenge. Justice would be that she is beholden to the girls family for the life taken. Or that she provides them with another child. It's common to confuse revenge for justice, because most western justice systems are based on a revenge methodology. The biggest irony is that the most efficient justice based systems were in place by ' uncivilised' first nation people, until we showed them how the real money could be made out of incarceration.

To be honest they're probably much more unhappy that Russian is massing ground troops, MBTs and aircraft near their border, which is a precursor to invasion and solidifying ground control. Given Russia has currently taken 8% of the Ukraine by force, with no (official) assistance from the West, they're probably more concerned with less mundane things.
