It already has! We have tons of social programs and have for years. We could literally pay 0% in taxes and still have our massive military AND even keep SOME of our social programs. All they’d have to do is tariff other communist countries and countries that have conflict with us and it all pay for itself. But instead nearly 70% of our taxes go towards welfare, social security, social programs and other cunty things.
