I've gone out a few times since, had some flirty but superficial interactions with women and went on two dates with 1 girl (I wasn't in to her). Honestly, my self-confidence is pretty shot. That's why I was considering therapy. I'm having a really hard time getting out of the scarcity mindset like I mentioned in my original post. Edit: Thanks for the book recommendation btw. I'll check it out.

I tend to be a fatalist romantic when it comes to love as well even though I don't like. My brain tells me everything that's wrong with that but I still can't totally believe it. What do you mean it gets better with time? As in "I'll get over this girl as time passes" or "the more times this happens to me, the easier it will get". Edit: Also how does your romanticism help with seduction? I feel like a lot of girls these days would see it as a sign of desperation or moving too quickly ect.
