Well it is a adolescent term and part of Meme culture. it is not as if the word spawned the people that are being described as chads, they existed before but it is just a new label. I picture edgy kids when i hear the word chad. But I am aware that people may use the term differently than i do.

I get that they would not consider themselves Incels but what is the core difference? I only came across this because of this misunderstanding of how people would interpret the word red pill. The only thing you could expect of me for coming to this sub is that i Know the movie reference from the matrix. Furthermore that sub having around a million subscribers does not make it general knowledge to people. As you can see I am trying to be more knowledgeable about it by asking questions.

I find it funny that their sub is in quarantine. Well I have not been exposed to this before. Or at least no one had vocabulary for it when individuals with that behavior where around. You cannot expect people to know this stuff. Is there such a huge difference between Incels and Redpillers?

I mean the description of the sub is: ,,For all former Red Pillers to discuss their brainwashing and subsequent realization that they've been brainwashed". It does not really mention that it is a place for people that have experience with incelship. So that may be a reason why people confuse it.

Well i thought i was doing the opposite of invalidating anyone with my post. I would not say that I have redpill/ black pill behavior. I could not care less about that. There was no intend of undermining anyone. I was just expressing my confusion towards how the word "redpill" has been adapted. But the post got taken down so who cares.
