6-3 was the vote on the Mississippi case. The vote to over turn Roe v Wade was 5-3-1 with the 1 not voting to overturn counting it at a 5-4. If she would have retired in 2013 under Obama as he and many others wanted it would have been 4-5.

In 2013, Obama met with an 80 year old RBG to urge her to retire as he had concerns about the GOP taking the senate in 2014 (They did). She refused because she wanted Hillary Clinton to appoint her replacement. This is about how feminism can backfire. If she would have stepped down in 2013 Obama could have appointed a pro Roe V Wade justice. Instead she did not retire and when she died she was replaced by a judge who voted to overturn RvW. The vote was 5-4, could have been 4-5 if she retired.

I am pro choice. I am pro autonomy over one’s body. This post is about the woman who’s selfishness led to the rights being taken away at a national level.

When Obama was trying to get Garland confirmed the senate was GOP majority. In 2013 when the democrats had majority in the senate Obama met with 80 year old Ginsburg sharing his concerns that the GOP would take the senate in 2014 and urged her to retire. She refused due to wanting Hillary to name her replacement.

You are correct, it was 5-3-1. The 1 was Justice Roberts. That 1 counts into the 5-4 decision as he was not voting to overturn. In fact, Justice Roberts urged the court not to overturn the landmark decision. “Surely we should adhere closely to principles of judicial restraint here, where the broader path the Court chooses entails repudiating a constitutional right we have not only previously recognized, but also expressly reaffirmed applying the doctrine of stare decisis,” he wrote.

The court ruled 6-3 to uphold a Mississippi abortion ban being challenged in the case and 5-4 to overturn Roe. If RBG would have resigned that 5-4 vote to overturn would not have occurred.

Personally I am in fact pro choice. Most things I am pro choice. You want to spend you money on a military worth of gun? Pro choice. Abortion? Pro choice. You want to smoke crack and ruin your own life? Pro choice. I feel like American society has become perfectly divided where one party is pro choice/ no choice on some topics and the other party is pro choice/ no choice on the other topics. Just enough divisiveness to make you choose a side and dig your heels in.

I blame RBG, I do not blame her policies and ideas. Except her own selfish decisions, which of course, was her idea.

Got any links or articles about that? Genuinely curious, I always heard she was very pro RvW

Going back to your original comment “wtf blaming the democrats”. Where in the post is the Democratic Party or democrats mentioned? Or does RBG alone and her every action represent democrats? Also how do you like your hat cooked?

Where did I blame democrats? Point it out and I will eat a hat. If you can’t, you eat a hat.

This post is in no way GOP vs Democrat. It is about feminism and how it can backfire.

If you would have actually read the article he is talking about before the GOP took the senate in 2014. President Obama met with RBG in 2013 to urge her to resign because he had worries about the GOP taking the senate and she refused to resign

I’m 26 now and am in a long term relationship now but until my late teens I was like this. I’d say the biggest factor was my environment. I was the only boy in my family besides my very not nice dad with multiple older sisters. Growing up they would always just tell me to be nice and girls would like me. Back then I had no concept of don’t listen to women for dating advice. Nowadays, I truly believe not to seek advice for dating women from a woman.

Shoot your shot. I've flirted with a woman I danced with, and when I asked her number - she flaked. Better to have tried than to not know what could've been.

That's nothing to be ashamed of man! 8 is great! There's a reason it rhymes. For you your best bet is to actual get out there and explore a little bit. Also, unconventional places like the grocery store might be a good bet.

Walk up and say "Hi, I thought you looked really interesting so I wanted to introduce myself, i'm DestroyerDroyd" then ask any relevant open ended question to get her talking. These are questions that begin with Who/What/When/Where/Why
/r/seduction29/11/19 04:35 AM

Hell yeah! Mostly because I wasnt feeling it at the time. Typically that makes the lay even better when it does happen

I keep first dates under $15 dollars for her. That'll usually get a drink and another cheap activity in. Last night I had a date and bought her a drink, took her mini golfing, and went to a Christmas light show for like $12 total. Keep it cheap

If you see a person you're interested in, don't be afraid to make a first move. However there needs to be a reason to approach. Be yourself, you are trying to find the person right for you, you're not trying to be the person right for them. Realizing all of these things helped me changed my game tremendously. Lemme know if you need any more advice

Well at first it was just her giving me a tour of the gym and me just being playful making her laugh, then we sat down to talk about plans and it turned into pretty much an hour of us talking about where we were from originally, what we liked to do, what kind of food we liked, etc.
