Article 1124 denies unmarried women (married women too) the legal capacity to contract, meaning they couldn’t manage property or make financial decisions without a male guardian’s consent. Until marriage, their father was that male guardian And after marriage, Articles 217 and 1421 show that women couldn’t buy, sell, or manage property without their husband’s written approval. Op-eds by deranged feminists don't count. This isn’t “op-ed feminism” it’s straight from the napoleonic code itself. As …

Napoleonic era was shit for everyone never disagreed with that, what ive been saying is it was even more shit for women if women didn't like conditions of marriage, they could refuse to marry and if they didnt, they still had to almost always be financially controlled by their fathers No; I told you to wash your mouth. same fucking thing

well_that_escalated_quickly.png twin you told me not to swear thats why i fuckin swore https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lev%C3%A9e\_en\_masse#/media/File:Louis-L%C3%A9opold\_Boilly\_-*Departure\_of\_the\_Conscripts\_in\_1807*\-\_WGA02349.jpg - Men under Napoleon, artist's rendition. the only mention of women in that is that served in hospitals, no idea what point your even trying to make
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 09:27 PM

your isolating the very few amount of autonomy women did have i admit i was wrong, women did have SOME financial freedom, but your cherrypicking the instances and completely over representing when they did 218. If the husband refuse to authorize hi^ wife to plead in her own name, the judge may give her authority. the women needs the permission of her husband or the judge just to do something in a legal matter, whereas men didnt need the permission of anyone 220. The wife, if she is a public trad…

For France, look up Napoleonic code that granted women the right to manage their own finances, operate business, and stand in court in her own right, if she had a profession. It's right after the part that feminists always quote. yeah so thats not fuckin true https://guides.loc.gov/feminism-french-women-history/women-napoleonic-france https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Napoleonic_Code https://www.britannica.com/topic/Napoleonic-Code https://64parishes.org/entry/napoleonic-code-adaptation https://www.…

your taking what is said WAY too literally and there hasn't been a need for menism (nitpicking, but it would be called masculism, not menism), because historically (idk when it started) men have had much more power than women

i agree.i think its possible for some issues if a women runs for president for the republicans, but if she runs for the democrats i think she'll do just as good as if she were a man. and I agree that Kamala will probably win.

Women spend more overall bc they include groceries and buying for their family. That's just because women often do more shopping for the family. without a doubt, an extremely not small amount of money spent on things for their family, uses money provided to them by others.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 11:16 PM
1

this is not about you individually i know. i said that was me personally, and it surely applies to many other men as well. maybe read? point 2 was about women and im saying that if men were to bend to the will of women to make women happier, it would definetly hinder many men's quality of life as well. agreed, so don't lower your quality of life and a way to do this for many men would be to not get married. shocker, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 11:09 PM
2

this is just for me personaly, but im sure it applies to other men as well i dont want children and its impossible for men to pursue their passions when they are married long life doesnt matter if the quality of life is worse. id much rather live a shorter happier life, than a longer less happier one also please stop calling men "males". its no better than calling women "females".

men dont "need" sex any more than women. men are just the chasers cus thats the expectation

i cannot express how much i agree. both extreme sides are just as bad as one another and both need to shut the fuck up
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/24 12:14 AM

i mean too extreme as in, too much attraction towards the fact that im asian. in that case too extreme would probably just be having it be the main, or only, reason to be interested in me. but yeah stalkerish behavior would also be too extreme.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 11:21 AM

i dont really have an opinion on it as long as it isn't too extreme. I've had a couple woman seem to be attracted to me because of i'm asian, but it didn't seem like the driving factor. If it was the only cause of attraction, then I would probably be a bit creeped out though.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 11:13 AM

yeah i always say "many" or "some" when referring to a gender, race, etc so as not to let that happen

/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 02:10 AM

both genders are at least partially biased, knowingly or not
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/24 12:31 PM

you ask "why would you" when we arent the ones doing it. it makes it sound like you're accusing us of doing it or something. itd be better to ask "why do so many men".

you should get like a notication or somethign whenever you start writing a comment or post reminding you of that
/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/24 01:52 AM

imo its just how much it matters. like if a girl wanted to date me purely cus of my race, id say thats an asian fetish, but if there were other factors too and being asian is just a part about me she likes, id say thats a preference.

I dont expect you to respond to the comments calling you a troll and Im not saying you never address things, but oftentimes (not always, but very often) when you seem to have been defeated in debate, you simply don't respond as opposed to admitting your defeat

rare w from windmill. while the men definetly did do better, they probably didnt pick the right women. i do agree thats a problem in most shows and media overall, that the women are overly attractive when they have no reason to be. in like dating shows and things like that they should be, but they dont need to be in this type of show.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 05:47 PM
5

exactly. she doesnt respond to comments she knows are right, and cant admit shes wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 05:44 PM

people think your trolling because of just how extreme your takes are why would hoopy have a counter argument against a comment he agrees with? your the one never with a counter argument. you pick comments with a slight bit of evidence you can use against them, even though the rest heavily outweighs that little bit of information, and then just ignore everything else

ok yeah i was technically wrong about her contributing nothing, but he contributes far more than her. say each of them just stopped contributing, if the woman stopped then the man would just have to raise the kids, if the man stopped they would be broke and unable to provide for the kids also how is the man not being the "daddy"? he pays all the bills and provides

I don't blame older men for being attracted to younger women. You can't help what people are attracted to. There's without an amount of old men looking for old women too, for looks and/or personality. People who already are unatractive also struggle with this and there is most likely someone your age who is still attracted to your looks, and men your age who are attracted to your personality.
