1	Learn behavior, don't memorize pick up lines I’m sorry. I’m sure someone has ‘quantified’ it into a formula but I don’t know one off hand and I don’t think that approach would work well. In all seriousness a lot of flirting is being someone you want to be around. That can be fun or humorous or though provoking (in a good way).
