They won’t do it because the courts get a cut of the support.

I love this! Didn’t know he could even ask. She’s been letting their child stay with his addict mother to spite him and then refusing him visitation saying “since you haven’t talked to me (the child’s mother) in years then that means you haven’t seen my child in years. That she doesn’t know what he’s capable of” When they all know what his mother is capable of so why would she leave their child with her. His own mother is helping the baby mama abuse him because, she gets a kick out of abusing hi…

You’re a monster. No one deserve abuse like that. He got groomed and trapped with an abuser. Who only got with him to cash a check on a child. It’s not his fault. Should he have been more carful yes, but with the way he grew up he didn’t know. In all states even if a grooming/statutory rape victim is a male and a child is born out of it they’re still expected to pay child support. Find yourself someone else to project your hatred on. You need to get help. Let me just say this too he’s not all th…

What do they do about parallel-parenting cause co-parenting is not possible with his baby mama.

I’ve had my siblings delivered to our house via police so that’s where I know it is possible, but only if explicitly put into the custody order. My dads baby mama tried to withhold even after the custody order so he had to go back and put it in after filing contempt.

So if put in a court order to have the child removed on his custody time if she’s tries to withhold custody we can call the police and they will go get the child. If not put in a court order then like you said we’d have to file a motion for contempt and then put it in writing that the police can get involved. This isn’t the first baby mama I’ve had to deal with. The first was my dads baby mama and that BIH was crazy. Crazy crazy. The medical decision thing is good advice though thank you. Cause …

If advice from the lawyer was being given I wouldn’t be here. They’ll only do what you ask them to do and nothing more. I’m here for the internet strangers all over the world and their advice.

Please any advice or personal experience needed! Such as how your own baby mama has went behind the courts back and did some technically not illegal stuff in retaliation and how you’ve stopped this.

This looks like just a organization. We have gotten a lawyer and we’re trying to start our case. He’s completed the parenting class. He’s got to update the financial affidavit, but we need to know what else to request to limit her legally able to continue to abuse him.

Update ish- Monday I’m going to pay the lawyer the rest of the money. We’ve secured a 3BD apartment so the child can have their own room. I’m paying them Monday as well to get the keys and starting moving as we live in a studio. My husband and I have been sleeping on my old twin sized bed since we’ve been together. We’re going to put that bed in their room with a new mattress so they have a bed. I have a used three drawer dresser for them to have for clothes. After that I’m going to update addre…

No not yet. They’re fucking off. I paid them half on the 16th of October and they haven’t updated anything. My husbands grandfather is going to give him the rest of the money to pay them. They said if we paid half they would start our case and then we could do payment plans. It seems like they’re gonna wait till they get paid everything to start our case. I’ve already updated all the financial affidavit all the address stuff everything. I’m literally waiting on the lawyer to do her job.

I hope so to. I get a lawyer and everything. All types of evidence. Now I’m just waiting on everything to happen tbh.

I’m hoping my that time my husband has his right as a father written on paper and enforceable by law

Yes- yes he does. I’m a pre-law student and I thought keyword THOUGHT about going into family law, but nah I’d rather die. If he’s been looking after their children more than 1-2 years it’s gonna be hard for someone to prove he’s unfit even if he is a man. Now with a female you can request a mental evaluation on her, but the other parent would have to take one too. My husbands was worried about his baby mama trying that on him because, he’s has depression and PTSD form her and his own mother, bu…

No because they’d be the custodial parent unless the MIL/FIL took him to court for Grandparents rights with CPS proof of him being an unfit parent. If he’s a widower he’d be the one to keep custody. If has less to do with the courts thinking they’re incompetent and more to do with money. It’s about the money. That’s what it’s always about.

They don’t as long as someone is paying

Lmao 🤣 yes that’s exactly what they think. It also has to do with they know men make more usually, they can work harder, they don’t go to the doctors as often, they have less bills in general compared to females. So they can take more money. It’s all about their cut regardless Yea the class is only mandated by both parents IF they were married and in the process of getting a divorce. If they weren’t married the court isn’t REQUIRED by law to put a parenting plan/custody agreement into place. So …

My husband has a child with his baby mama from his teen years and he pays $600 a month for one child. Yours is a lot but I don’t know if you’re in a high cost of living area. My living area is pretty low cost. So, $600 is pretty high for us. If you’re in Florida in July they enacted the good dad act and you can fight for 50/50 custody so you don’t have to pay for support. You need a lawyer. Get one I promise you get one. Before you can’t fight for custody the father and only the father is REQUIR…

That it’d be some other random you’d have to worry about cause I’m going with my husband regardless. What’s even more sexist is if you’re married they try to keep you in the country over if you’re not.

That doesn’t make sense? I believe it though. Also doesn’t make sense how we have a president that can’t walk in a straight line without falling, but here we are. Doesn’t it take a couple of years to get used to the hormones? If you’re in war they’re not just handing out hormone pills or anything besides an MRE. So he’s saying all at the same time that trans men are still just women and they’re exempt from the draft?

😂 im already married you’re ok. That’s someone else you have to worry about. Honestly you’re exempt if you’re mentally Ill or medically transitioning just say you’re a woman.

As a woman I’m supposed to be at home, but the government wants to tax me and I have to work to help my husband. I’ll give up my right to vote to not get drafted. Some of us definitely don’t need it anyways.

The feminists are saying that trans women are real women too. They clearly don’t hate them. The women against men in their spaces aren’t apart of that psycho movement. Feminists are literally giving power back to men. It’s crazy, but whatever.

Estrogen free/preservative free foods, testosterone not to be a controlled substance (lot of men have problems with this young because our food is pumped with estrogen), mandatory DNA testing for children especially in cases of women implementing administrative support orders, fault divorces, no alimony, Better paying jobs with benefits, 50/50 custody unless proven unfit with real evidence. Child support money being put on food stamp type cards to prevent women from buying alcohol, shoes, furnit…
