What is the intention behind the "approach". If u want to pet the dog and go your way it's fine, pet away. A festival and a Coffee shop is a place for relaxation and enjoyment. Most people would ideally spend a festival with the people you already know. Most people go to a coffee shop with people they know or if they want some time to themselves.
