FDS is a gem for men. There should be more men than women joining the sub, since it lets you know all you need to know about women. It is what we call double speech. Saying a simple thing in a complex manner to serve as a euphemism because the rationality one has to use in order to process the intrinsic meaning of the double speech fades out the emotional aspect of the statement. Then you definitely did what’s the right thing for you. These girls have the ability to make you feel as though you are the one who hurt them and as if you are the bad guy in the story. Cutting contact completely with girls with BPD is the best option for sure.

If doing this brought you happiness and a sense of winning, then I am glad for you. However, blocking a girl, especially after such a long time without any contact isn’t actually optimal. Not only does it imply that she knows that you noticed her unblocking you, but it gives the vibe that you are still emotionally invested and had to block her to make sure she wouldn’t hurt you again. If I were in that situation, I wouldn’t reach out to her nor block her and it actually was my situation recently…
