In my state it could be considered battery or disorderly contact. Battery doesn’t mean whipping the shot out of someone, any physical contact when done in a rude or insulting manner is battery. And then there is the whole disorderly aspect which she is behaving in a manner to cause some kind of alarm.

I might have missed it, but I don’t see and felonies here. They all look to be misdemeanors. At least I’m thinking they would be in my state. Maybe I’m missing something in the article. Pass denied as far as I’m concerned as she was actually arrested and charged. Although I do fined that being OR’d with those charges is a bit unusual.
