Yes, absolutely. In addition, women seem incapable of understanding that some men are nice because that's who they are, not because they expect sex in return. A man is fully capable of being kind to other men, the elderly, the homeless, the disabled, etc. all without expectation of getting something in return. I guess that's because for women everything is transactional, and women are incapable of being nice, generous or kind for its own sake.

Actually, it's the very wealthy that run a capitalist country, and most of those inherited their wealth. And even if they did become wealthy through their intelligence, when they gain power they only worry about enacting laws that benefit themselves, not the country as a whole, so you can't exactly call an oligarchy enlightened rule.
