If their comment came from a guy you’d accept it. Not sure why you’re telling someone of the opposite gender how they function lol

The struggles are different and not made to compare on who has it worse. It would be best if both sides empathized with each other

As if men don’t either? Many men lie about their N-count so they don’t come off as a player. It would also be a red flag because if they were honest and the girl asked ‘have you ever been tested then?’ Then the guy would say no.

The problem when comparing men with women is way more often than men, women actually give 2 shits about their appearance. Many men do give a fuck about their appearance but then expect to be called attractive. You have no idea how many men could become attractive by doing simple things like maintaining a clean look/positive hygiene, smell good, wear clothes that actually fit/have a sense of style and be personable. Women have been doing this for a while already….I wonder why it works?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/22 07:53 AM

Lmao you can’t be serious. If you’re an attractive male, not only do you benefit fit from being a male (proven wage discrepancies, not having to deal with glass ceiling or you know, not being oppressed like what we’re seeing in Iran atm) and on top of that, you’re also attractive, so you get the benefits of choosing attractive partners, getting preferential treatment etc. it is absolutely much easier to first of all be a male in society and you’re also attractive so life is already pretty good. …

Men also need to know that the first date isn’t hoping in the women likes you. Almost 99% of the time, the guy is paying for the first date so men are the ones doing the vetting process, not the woman. You gotta figure out if she’s good for you too my kings

Having close women in my social group has made me into the best version of my dating self. It’s helped so much having their perspective on dating and the other genre it’s insane. Every guy needs a platonic female friend

I’m doing my MBA at a top school next year. After I’m done, I have a generally good idea on how much I’ll make. I’ll be on par or higher than a doctor or lawyer. I’d say be funny/witty, have personality, be interesting and be clean cut if they are. I will absolutely say, being hot or showing off your body is not a personality trait. Men see right through you, will use you quick and realize you have nothing else to offer, they’ll push you aside. If you’re attractive, funny, engaging and genuinely…

I’m very well traveled, , am close with my family, I think I’m funny (maybe even funny looking), I dress very well, sad to say this but I’m the right height that western women prefer, I have a good job, going into my MBA, I’m half Latino and half Italian, I love to cook (that means cooking for my partner too), am interesting as I have a lot of stories about traveling, and get along with a lot of people. The reason why people give that vague advice is they don’t want to be rude. Women and men know exactly why someone is having issues dating. But what’s better to say, ‘tbh bro, you’re kinda ugly, overweight and dress like shit’ vs ‘just be more confident!’ No matter how strong one might claim to be, that’ll hurt their feelings so people walk on the side of caution when being honest. It’s legit a basic human reaction and we’ve all done it

I’ve drastically improved with women over time. I’m 28 now but in the last 2 years where I started to try hard to care about myself, things changed for the better. Who would’ve thought that putting in effort in yourself would make things a lot better? I’m not even talking about working out or any of that. Simple stuff that anyone can like wearing form fitting clothes, being clean cut, have a modern hair style, smell good with a nice fragrance, have a skincare routine, etc. these factors elevated…

A man doesn’t need to be dominant to be a good lover tho. You know how many men will ‘dominate’ but can’t even find the clit or know what the hell their partner likes? Being attentive and listening to your partner will make you a much better lover than some ‘dominant’ male who just shoves it in and goes ‘oh ya baby, you like that?’ Like what jimmy? You put it in my butt instead of my vagina.

I have 2 very close women friends. They provide great emotional and empathetic support that I just can’t get with my friends. No one will say it but men and women have common overlapping duties and then their own gendered duties. I find it odd that people say ‘there are no duties’. Try living life without a gendered duty and see how far that gets you. Can women wear whatever they want? Absolutely. Should they? Up to them, but they know how fucked up the world is and it’ll put them in harms way. Can men dress how they want? Of course! Should they? Depends if they want ridicule from the women around them. What about in d…

If you’ve been put in the friend zone then so be it. It’s over with the girl other than being friends and you need to forget about trying to work on yourself because ‘omg, if she only knew how great of a guy I really am she’d change her mind!’ Leave her the fuck alone and move on. Befriend women because you want them to be your friend

That is not what they expect at all. See what i mean? You haven’t slept with a women but yet know what they expect….how do you know this? You know sex is a 2 way street right? If a women is experienced, she is 1000x better in bed than someone who’s not. Nothing is worse than an inexperienced woman who tries to give you a hj like she’s trying to get the last of the ketchup out of the bottle.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/22 05:47 PM

They want someone who knows what they’re doing and willing to learn what makes their girl go over the edge. You wanna stand out in bed? Next time you’re with a girl or your girl, ask them, ‘what would you like me to do to you?/what do you like?’ Listen to their instruction and you’re 50% of the way there. That’s it.

I’d try them at bars so at least you aren’t stuck spending $$ on alcohol you might not even like. Try an amaretto sour next time you go to a decent bar. Might be $10-$15 but at least you’ll know if you like them. It’s one of my favourite drinks to make! I think you’d like an Aperol Spritz. It’s very light and refreshing (basically an orangey drink with bubbly). Good luck!

The hobbies that my women friends have are: plants/collecting house plants, water painting, hiking, ceramic sculpting, cooking, interior design, pole dancing, biking, traveling, reading, etc etc. sure, they watch Netflix at the end of each day maybe but why not ask your women friends what their hobbies instead of jumping to conclusion

This is completely incorrect. Teens grow into adults and their experiences of moving out, living on their own, dating, etc etc form their new opinions on the world and 99% of the teen traits people have get dropped by the time they hit their mid 20’s when they are becoming professionals in the work place

A lot of the advice out there is pretty bad advice in general. Like those videos ‘how to get ANY girl to sleep with you’ or bullshit stuff like that. It creates this negative connotation that women are in fact objects or prizes that should be claimed or won……. That’s absolutely horrible advice but I think when people seek self help in that area, they start to realize that there’s a whole picture that has to be taken into consideration like men cleaning up their look/hygiene, fixing up their ward…

I’ll be honest, I agree 100% that men don’t know what women want. That’s why it’s so imperative for men to focus on themselves and be the best version of themselves before seeking a partner. Same goes for women when they’re looking for a relationship. Many people will act accordingly to what they think the opposite gender likes. However, my point stands is that men need advice from other men on dating advice. I can’t speak for women because I’m not one but in my experience, women mean well but h…

You’re taking the term way too literally. Honestly, asking women how to attract women is horrible. It has nothing to do with them but their advice is generally anecdotal and you wouldn’t ask a fish how to catch a fish. Ask a successful man that has decent numbers behind him and he’ll know exactly what works and what doesn’t. Women offer advice based on what they want in a guy, they’re just projecting their choices. What they don’t realize is that you ask 100 women and you’ll get 100 different answers. What you definitely should ask a wo…

Most women (on average) absolutely do not want a 6ft hunk with chiseled jaw line and kinda of fit/buff. You’re letting social media dictate your perception of the entire world and it’s horribly skewed. People like different things in people. Some like taller, others shorter, some like light or darker skinned, eye color, yada-yada….. Hollywood people have the best plastic surgeons on the planet, barely any of it is real and tangible. You sound like you’re 18 years old dude lol. No adult would tal…

A lot of women will think they can change a man’s mind or change them but offering them sex and basically bending at their will if they’re treated poorly. It ends up with the woman not being successful and getting fairly hurt in the process

This is the reason why many men fail in dating. They’re so insecure about someone better than them coming along that they lose sight that the chick in front of them is attracted to them. But no, they let it get to their head that ‘oh but but, what if another guy who’s got more money, taller, better looking’ etc etc. who gives a shit if they’re all that, you have the girls attention and she’s interested in you for YOU. She’s not just waiting for someone better to come

Women don’t need to want to fuck you or date you to look over at you. I’m aware that 90% of attention doesn’t mean they want something out of me, but when a girl glances at you more than once, it could mean a few things but if you’re dressed stylish, it helps you tremendously
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/21 05:51 PM

It’s literally this easy. By putting in effort into your appearance. Especially in North America where the standards are so low for men, it’s so easy to stand out with style and hygiene alone. I try and dress fairly European with a modern haircut and I get looks left right and centre walking down the street. But then you have guys tell you ‘you’re trying too hard bro’ Well then who’s the one that gets the attention? I’m also a solid 6/10 so if I can do it, anyone can

Well here’s the problem. You’re letting women dictate your own requirements for attractiveness. You need to determine that yourself and not let others choose for you. Women are most attracted to the confidence of that
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/21 01:09 PM
2

The issue is women don’t give any signs of physical stuff for a while to make some men wait, so the men leave. I’ve done it in the past because I’m putting in effort, it’s clear I’m interested in more than just the physical stuff (like going out on numerous dates and not rushing anything) and then they turn around and say they want to wait. Okay no problem, I’ll wait, but how long is reasonable before it’s not? I don’t want to play games as well and waste my time

Because any guy with half a brain knows his time is rarely worth chasing a girl. The older you get (I’m 27, so not even that old), the more you realize how any woman who’s entitled or immature is just an insane hard no. Any girl who’s worth it but is playing hard to get is a hard no. Making someone work for dating or a relationship is kind of dumb if it’s only one sided

Pretty sure this isn’t true. Jordan Peterson had a good video on the types of people who hold high positions of power. Women want to bare children at some point meanwhile the men who hold high positions might not. These type of people are complete robots and have fa…

There could be slight correlation. People who tend to care about the way they dress tend to have their house under control. Europe and NA have different cultural mindsets when it comes to households. Usually men will live with their parents for longer than normal in Italy and then the parents will move in with the son when he has his own place. That’s considered normal, but in NA, it’s different. Does that direct translate to man babies? No idea, but man babies isn’t a cultural phenomenon, it’s …

Keep playing the same old broken record. Your view on women as some foreign alien is probably the reason you lack success in dating. Dating is very easy and straight forward if you just treat the other person like a regular human being. Women have more options, so what? This is the dumbest thing I’ve read all week. Idk why men are obsessed with women and their makeup. If you find her attractive, who gives a shit. It’s rare for women to load the makeup on anyways and also rarer for men to lie about how much they make. If you’re bringing up your salary on a date to impress someone, you’re already a loser. It’s also we rarer for men to rent cars to pretend they’re worth a lot. TIL, wearing form fitting clothing is a no no

It’s not about ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’. It’s about what you can afford. In western countries, that’s the main driving factor. I live in Toronto which is the 4th least affordable city to live in after Hong Kong, Vancouver and Sydney compared to wages. If my $100K salary can’t even buy me an entry level apartment, why on earth would I even consider having kids. People tend to have kids when they feel secure in their positions and usually owning a property guarantees that. But the question after is…

Why is it lucky? There’s so many factors that lead to getting with someone and not just by height alone. I’m 6 feet, does that mean every single girl I’ve been with was lucky? It also depends what part of the word you live in and what the average heights are and IF those women have height preferences. A large majority do not care about height. I disagree on the luck part. People create their own luck and if it’s happening on more than one occasion, then that’s not chance taking its course. Others slap the ‘luck’ word on situations they don’t understand because they only see input A and output A and can’t figure out how it worked out. But what they don’t see is all the in between

Why not? And who cares? People will end up exactly where they fit into place eventually. As if the world will basically run its course and do its think and you’ll revert back to the mean. The issue with what’s fair and what isn’t is that it’s not a blanket statement

I think it’s fair to complain if your standards aren’t being met. But overtime, you will end up with someone just like you. If you have nothing else to show other than beauty, then that won’t last. But if you have an amazing work ethic, are independent, and will work hard for something you want, then you will get the standards you desire.

A lot of women will care more about what their social circle will think of you vs what they themselves think of you. Men will complain they can’t get dates with online dating but then you see their profile and they don’t put any effort into it then complain they don’t get matches. Compare that to a guy that actually put some effort into their profile and look at their match rate. Looks are like 20% of dating. I’m a solid 6/10 but I put effort into my profile and the wa…

I may have said it wrong. What I meant was like if you’re getting your photo taken at a famous monument, put some effort into it and show you’re having a good time by not looking so serious. doing something goofy as well in the photo will help, adds life to your photos. I’m not saying if you’re having a fun time then to stop whatever you’re doing and take a pic
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 03:11 PM

I fully agree. I travel a lot and use those photos to my advantage and the conversations will ignite about traveling and then it goes from there.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 10:44 AM

I’m a solid 6/10 but have some cool photos of me traveling that are decent quality and my match rate was pretty high. I feel like the photo quality is more important than the way you actually look. If you can show you’re having fun in a cool environment, then you seem interesting and women love that

As others have mentioned. Go in public and look around you. The people that walk by you are average.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/21 02:52 PM

It will be very subjective on who looks average. You ask 10 different women on their answers and you’ll get 10 different answers
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/21 02:38 PM

I think this will be me. I’m only 26 but I don’t really have aspirations to marry or have kids but my mindset might change down the road. I have this fear that committing to someone long term (marriage) will get in the way of what I want to achieve in life but I guess the idea is finding someone who shares similar goals

I saw that the average girl on OnlyFans makes like $200. There’s only a select few that make a lot of money while the rest don’t really make a lot, or anything

I’ve met a lot of chicks who are like 5’5-5’7 and don’t care much about height as long as they’re taller then them. The average height for men is 5’9 in Canada im pretty sure so on average, men are doing okay
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/21 11:08 PM

Being short and being too nice aren’t bad, at all. If you feel like those are the reasons why, I can almost assure you, there are other reasons why. The girl I’m seeing is like 5’2 and she doesn’t give a shit about height (I’m 6f) but she said a guy shorter than her is hard to come by. No such thing as ‘too nice’ but also, don’t be a doormat and have a backbone. Just don’t be a dickhead but you can still be the nicest person ever and be successful. Jeff bezos as well also had financial interest from the start and helped contribute to amazons original business plan. She did a heck of a lot more then be there for him when he needed her. They were clearly a solid team and were there for each other, regardless of how much they were worth. What about Mackenzie now marrying a teacher? She’s worth how many billions and the teacher makes like $70K?

I’m a guy but my ex wanted to know my count and I guess saying ‘I stopped counting a while ago’ was the wrong thing to say. She pressured me into giving up an answer and I felt so awkward but I said my number (it was 16 at the time - still is) and she got super upset....I’m like wtf, I’m dating you committed to you, who cares but she didn’t like it. We got past it after a day or 2 but I felt deep down it still bothered her a lot
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/21 04:22 PM

This is not true. I remained close friends with the 2 girls in my group when they were in relationships. Nothing changed from when they were with someone or not. Maybe the frequency of hanging out changed but that’s the same with my guy friends too

What do you mean by game and exploit? What is there to exploit? I get too many matches to keep up with convos with everyone. It’s exhausting sometimes because I try to keep up with convos. I use the ‘pause’ function on bumble all the time to catch up. It’s not fun when you’re overwhelmed and for it to be a ‘game’ goes directly against everyone’s point of view of OLD how they don’t get matches but then want to make it a game...
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/21 04:32 PM

I disagree. Imma solid 6-7/10 and get a reasonable amount of matches. I’m not a chad by any means but I’d say my profile is well curated and I put some effort in an interesting bio and photos. Women on average go for the same education/earnings as them or higher and men go for the same earnings/education as them or lower. So women go laterally and up and men go laterally and down. There are many exceptions to this finding but it’s very common

That’s not the case after 30. Looks tend to fade for women after this age and when they approach 40 but women above 30 tend to be pickier because they know specifically what they want and don’t want. Salaries are like 50% more for identical work plus cost of living usually tends to be lower relative to income levels. I was offered a job in South Carolina at $34/hr USD but turned it down because a company in Michigan offered me $40/hr USD while my coworkers and I make around $26-30/hr CAD. So I’ll be lucky enough to still live on the Canadian side and commute to Michigan for work while being paid in USD and the CAD is like 27% less than USD

It’s a fantastic city to raise a family. We’re very multicultural and welcome every nation, very safe with decent social services so it’s a pretty good place to live. But if you’re young and not really interested in a family yet, then I urge people to go work in the US for a few years if they can then come back

Ya I live in Toronto lol. Houses on average go for 1.3-2.0M. It’s depressing af. Condos are going for $500-700K for a 1 bedroom while salaries are much lower than the American ones for the exact same job

It’s factual that women end up with partners who are of the same hierarchy as them or higher and men end up with women of the same hierarchy or lower. If a women makes $X, she will seek someone of a similar wealth/job/prospective or higher. And men will do the exact opposite. It is very very rare for a successful women to be with someone in a lower ‘rung’ than them
