I’m not saying you are man hating. I’m saying it’s a no true Scotsman to say that there isn’t a large group of feminist misandrists. Regardless of what you believe, they are just as much a feminist in everyone’s eyes as you are, and there is no distinction between the hateful and egalitarian groups. They are “True” feminists because the barrier to entry is zero. Plus, they’re one of the more vocal groups, and nobody has put any effort in to separate the two.

Feminism has always had a misandrist faction though. You can’t have a movement that stands for equality regardless of sex/gender and despises men. Feminism has never separated itself from the radical elements, and that’s why people don’t think it’s egalitarian because you can have good reasonable feminists, but they’re part of a larger whole.

Oh definitely, that’s why I’ve always advocated for fighting for the lower class instead of for minorities because a lot of those movements seem to victimize them. Conservatives are all about that bootstrap mentality, but it takes money to make more money. I like Peterson and Shapiro is clever, but I try not to listen to them too much. College student here, I've went to HSU and I'm currently in SLCC. At least from my experience this is the vast minority, maybe 5 percent who actually act. Some others might talk about it in their circles or on social media, but most don't care. We actually had a protest about a campus bagel shop being racist at HSU. I couldn't find a single person who knew what was going on in my 70 or so people I knew from the dorms. Just chalk it up to people being petty and antagonistic.
