Found a girl I may like, what now ?The next move is to get one or two more so you don't fuck it up with this one. If if she's your only option she'll smell it on you from a mile away. Learned this the hard way many times. | /r/seduction | 16/09/21 12:17 AM

Formerly depressed Red Pillers, how did you battle depression?Hey OP I need to throw a disclaimer out there. I just reread your original post. I was dealing with all the same issues as you except the last one. I've never had suicidal thoughts and that kind of throws a curve ball in my suggestions. I've been down your rabbit hole but maybe not that far. Work on everything else first including the books and meditation. Psychedelics could be dangerous to someone with suicidal thoughts, if you go through with it you probably should definitely have a trip sitte… | /r/askTRP | 15/06/21 02:44 AM
Formerly depressed Red Pillers, how did you battle depression?I did try microdosing and it does help but that's not what I would recommend. First off I'm not a doctor or a psychologist and most importantly I've never walked in your shoes. With that said I think a full dose once every year or two is the better option. The one time I was on an SSRI I felt like it helped, at first that is. After a while I just felt numb and it felt like they just masked the issues I was dealing with enough to get by. I was never diagnosed with full-blown depression or been to… | /r/askTRP | 15/06/21 02:36 AM
Formerly depressed Red Pillers, how did you battle depression?Diet, exercise, sleep, water, cut booze and caffeine, spend time in nature, take mushrooms instead of ssri's, and books on audible. | /r/askTRP | 14/06/21 05:20 AM

Guys I am strugglingI can relate but I've done a lot of reading since the time where I would have made a post like this. Why do you feel you need to rely on a woman? From the outside looking in it appears that you're trying to use a woman to fill a hole that can only be filled by yourself. Stop trying to break down their walls, instead see if they can break down yours. I'm sure you've heard the quote "I am the prize". It has nothing to do with getting women. It's something that needs to be fully understood in inter… | /r/askTRP | 26/10/19 05:49 PM
The guy Reddit helped me to be my boyfriend broke up with me yesterday. Could you help me again with getting him back? You sound like you might have a problem being a little needy, you probably smothered him. Follow the directions in this video, I've had success with it before. You need to state what you want and turn your back and walk. If you want his attention you need to remove yours. | /r/seduction | 28/04/19 12:01 AM

I’m about to finish The Rational Male, what should I read next?Highly recommend Models and The subtle art of not giving a fuck by Mark Manson. I also liked 3% Man by Corey Wayne, 48 laws of power by Robert Green, Declare war on yourself by Mark Summers, No more mister nice guy by Robert Glover and The game by Neil Strauss is cool to see what the love of a PUA is like. The rational male Preventive medicine is good but is just more of the same of what your reading now. I hear book of pook is good too but I haven't got to that one yet. | /r/askTRP | 26/07/18 06:59 AM
Gym BasicsI like to jog after, that way it doesn't take away from your energy to lift. Stretching before is extremely important. The older you are the more you should stretch beforehand to prevent injury. I'm using five by five myself but took a break for the past few weeks because of pain in my lower lumbar from deadlifts I'm probably doing incorrectly and what feels like a PEC tear in my chest from lifting heavy on the bench. In my case I did not stretch enough and I started too heavy in the program. Al… | /r/askTRP | 09/07/18 02:06 AM
