Mine are exactly the same except for replace "wants kids" with willingness to be a good step-dad/role model for my kids. I would also add "understands that porn use is detrimental and should be avoided/minimized" Probably the hardest requirement to meet of all of them I think I could even accept a smoker, as long as they would be willing to switch to hand-rolled tobacco

Hmm, he was definitely a bit of a dopamine addict in some ways so that might have been a clue. But he was very respectful overall and was never pushy

This is really helpful and relevant as I have a son and am very strict with my kids screen time for this reason (among many). Discussing it in an academic way is helpful. I am wary of getting into sexual likes or dislikes ealier in the dating process

Not in Ny but I did meet a great marriage minded man on Tinder, I don't know why he was on there , some men are just clueless. I would also recommend the following social media account that really helped me on the apps @nicoeman and @softnegotiation

It is a factor relative only to the age of the men you date.

Just focus on guys 5-10 years older than you and you'll be fine. I mean, be open to men your age but I think guys slightly older are more established and will feel like you are more of a "catch." Also, the best dating advice I got was that high value men are not on the internet complaining about women. You get a skewed perspective. It's not the same for women because of our social nature. But the good men are just doers, they don't sit around yapping and being bitter

I was you (not the throwing things but the drinking and irrationality) , I ignored my instinct and got married at 29 due to sunk cost fallacy . Now im divorced and starting over at nearly 40 as a single mom. Better to be 31 and start over

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
