For the love of God, don't do the "...?" when she doesn't reply, it's needy. Girls generally don't hang out with you the same night within hours of texting unless she's already emotionally invested with you when you met her. Especially for the first example, it was too late into the day and the best time to go out is 6 pm to 9 pm. You should read Models by Mark Manson if you haven't done so already.
