As an ICU/former ER nurse in relatively decent shape I can comfortable tell you almost no one is doing cpr for more than 10 minutes at a time and certainly not your average American even if she was running on adrenaline. I very much doubt this woman has any idea how to do cpr on a young child either. Every medical person knew what she did

Which has the higher chance of succeeding? I don't know, let's take a look at the world. Through capitalism becoming the dominant economic system in the world we have been elevated to a point that third world countries today are by almost all metrics better than Sweden in the 1960s. You have the internet available in pocket-sized devices you can buy from 6 hours of flipping burgers. If you have any question about nearly anything in the scope of human knowledge you can figure it out by going to g…

You are delusional and nothing will change your mind. Rambling about nonsense and addressed none of my points at all. Nothing is good enough for people like you until we exist in a utopia, and yes, that is precisely why socialism ignores human nature. You look at the world around you, the safest and most prosperous in history, and you whine it’s not good enough. The issue is not the world, it’s your entitlement and privilege that makes you think you deserve everything in life. Have you never hea…

I'm not a female, crying, or begging for gratitude. I'm poor? Take a look at what my job pays in America. :) And again, what is your job where you are sacrificing anything?

That's your best response, that nurses should go kill themselves and infect other patients because you shot some Asians in a failed war 50 years ago where thousands and thousands of your fellow Americans were slaughtered for no reason? Go be a dipshit somewhere else, simp.

I haven't posted a single picture of my room here. What the fuck are you talking about? I'm a nurse supervisor who is directly dealing with coronavirus. I carry around a 200 page binder about the fucking thing at work. My responsibility is to make sure my staff are protected, educated, have the appropriate gear, and the patients are taken care of. What is your sacrifice that you think gives you the right to criticize these people, continuing to work as a cashier? And are you doing it as a "sacri…

How funny to have you call me retard in broken English. What's your language, so I can explain it to a dipshit like you? It's this simple: You tell others they don't know what honor is and what it's like to fight for their country. What are you doing to fight for your country? Put it into google translator if you don't understand, retard.

It says a lot that they read FDS and the biggest thing they got out of it was that they are bad because they are conservative...unbelievable.

Sure, that's pretty easy. It's because the world is becoming more atheist/agnostic so you are going to encounter more of them in general, be they simps, feminists, chads, or MRAs. I'm an atheist and I'm not a simp, woman, blue pill beta, etc. The reason the right is more religious in general is because the right panders to the religious in America. This is not exactly a secret. Do you think the conservatives in other first world countries are the same? Hint, they're not. This is some super weak …

Because women think they have shit figured out and that the world would be a better place if men acted like them. They ALWAYS try to feminize men while at the same time hating the result when the man bites. No woman could ever tell me how to be a man. They have no idea what it's like. Ever try to talk about something like stoic philosophy or martial arts with the average woman? It's like you're speaking another language, though there are VERY rare exceptions that are still AWALT in other things.…

All of my recent interactions with HR are because my company keeps overpaying me, and when I ask them any questions they have zero idea. They couldn't even tell me how to fill out parts of the form they gave me. I legitimately don't know what HR does. Some of them hire people, the others....?

Pretty sure getting infected and exposing COVID-19 to every patient you see is not in my interest or anyone else's. It's not complex at all, but people apparently still can't comprehend the idea of how infectious diseases work so maybe it is.

Lmao no guts no glory. Yeah, very honorable to martyr yourself by taking care of patients without appropriate gear, get infected, then go around to other patient rooms infecting them, then go to the nurses station and infect everyone else unknowingly so they can go off and infect more patients.. You aren’t answering what I said, you’re just repeating yourself. I’m libertarian, I understand your point but there is no objective difference besides this artificial one you are creating. Philosophize on the difference all you want. Your business can fail because the government fucked you, you got sued, a random tornado tore it to shreds, a new company moved in that did it better, people no longer want your product, you developed leprosy, a global pandemic. That is reality. Owning a business i…

I make too much money to receive more than a few bucks from this package. We’ll be paying for this one for decades and it’s another nail in the coffin for the US. I generally laugh at doomsayers but it’s becoming increasingly obvious modern society is coddled and lives in a bubble. We haven’t had any major conflict since 9/11, which was a terrorist attack with far more mental damage inflicted than physical. Nobody knows how to do anything besides live in peace and complain. We do not have to do anything by the scenario you set down. I’m not sure why you somehow think these things have to be this way. Natural disasters are the way of the world and the risk of owning a business is it failing for factors that often have nothing to do with the person. Just because you say I have to do something doesn’t mean it’s true.

My hospital is having an issue providing enough hours for people to work because so much is canceled and we have so few patients. The only girl who has ever really enjoyed me being nice to her was a clingy, nervous, co-dependent wreck. And the only reason she liked when I was nice is because I did it so little. If you are socially competent you can see for yourself how a girl behaves when you act like a simp. Act aloof in the beginning then start doing some MINIMALLY clingy things and you're done for. The reason law enforcement is rarely recognized is because 99.9999% of the time they are not running into gunfire to save people. There are plenty of people that idolize cops as well, though a lot of people don't and often for good reason. I also don't think nurses deserve to be given accolades for doing their jobs, and I am one (though I've moved into management). I expect people to do the jobs they signed up for. Yup. None of my coworkers really care that much. People are grumbling about it but mostly because our hours are getting cut because there are almost no elective surgeries going on. Keeping masks on all the time is obnoxious and patients are complaining about not being able to have visitors, but besides that it's easier than ever to be a nurse. I’ve worked at five hospitals and scrubs vary by region. At my current one they are this color (ceil blue) in the OR whereas it used to be the color for nurses in the south. There, the OR people wore green. Who cares what they are at your hospital? I know exactly what type of person this is. You can tell by the socks, she was a hospital in-patient. Man, so much of this to tear apart... A capitalist healthcare nightmare lol. I’m a hospital administrator and worked five years as an ER/ICU/trauma nurse prior to that. The vast majority of people have health care and those who don’t generally abuse the ER system and never pay a dime. It's not the father's fault. It is society's fault. A woman goes off to college and outside of her father's sight and it's over. I went to college, I had the entire experience. Men want to blame all female behavior on simps but I think fucking ugly women is male’s only (or at least most relevant) fault for their egos. To them it’s like requesting your partner have a head. Everything is empowerment for women. There was a popular twoX post about how empowered a woman felt for buying herself a diamond ring. Some posts pointed out how ridiculous it is to feel “empowered” about buying overpriced blood gems for yourself but legions of women defended her as being able to feel empowered about whatever she likes. Gave me a good chuckle

The reality of women is nothing like whatever teenage fantasies you had. It feels good to fuck them for a little bit, then you bust a nut and want to sleep or better yet get as far from her as possible if it’s a random hookup. Yes, you get validation knowing that a woman “let” you fuck her, but once you have it you realize how meaningless that validation is. I read 86 books last year. It’s not some competition with non-readers, people aren’t plebeians because they don’t read. It’s what turns men into simps. We are told our whole lives the same generic advice on how to treat women well. You hear about how much women like nice guys then you’re mocked for thinking it’s good to be a nice guy. We are expected to know exactly how to play women’s games and pass their tests, but we are creepy and manipulative if we try to figure out what they want. Exactly. The goal of pickup artists is to attract women. They try to find techniques that work. If dressing up in diapers and twirling canes down the street worked then they would do it. Instead, acting like an assholes and timing your texts and appearing busy and blahblahblah is what women actually want. Blaming men for giving women what they want is as laughable as it gets. Manipulative and abusive techniques huh. Here’s the “secret”—-any man who meets all the criteria for modern women to be pleased has to be manipulative. There are very few naturals who just tease women, brush off shit tests, etc. So almost any man who gives them the tingles IS “manipulative” or fake because being a normal, nice guy accomplishes nothing. Girls telling me they're super into things like philosophy or reading but can't even have a basic conversation on the topic…

Honestly don't understand people like this. Tale as fucking old as time, staying with your abusive ex. How about, you know, LEAVE? Yet the people who are told this act like it is some absurd impossibility and we just can't "understand the mind of an abused victim.". I understand not having enough money to comfortably break your lease and live on your own, but people are like "she bit off my ear and told my entire family I raped her---it ended two months later when she cheated on me and left". WH…

My go to if for some reason I'm ever fucked and I lose everything. Max out my credit cards, use them to buy crypto or something else, sell off everything and get a plane ticket to Thailand. Live in Chiang Mai for about $20/day. Not really that hard.

Their only downside besides the hundred million deaths, the genocides like Holodomor, the gulags...what weird fucking revisionist history are you reading? LGBT successors that sold out their country? Delusional kids like you and your rambling nonsense are what got this sub quarantined

All hail the mediocrity that is N.K. Jemisin and her nonstop whining. Impossible to find good modern SFF because it’s all pandering nonsense, and the books often recommended on places on Reddit are all about being woke instead of being good. It reminds me of Mark Lawrence being celebrated for his great female characterization after saying “I wrote them like men, their gender is irrelevant.” Great literature there, completely ignoring the truth of human characterization because everyone knows men…

I usually write essay comments but all I have to say here is “disgusting”.

The old “not true socialism” argument. Tell me, what is socialism? The simple, actual definition of socialism? It is the inbetween state where capitalism is “overthrown” and workers seize the means of production under the state, before the mythical transition to government not being necessary because everyone works due to their intrinsic love of working. All attempts to implement actual socialism have been dismal failures because it is contradictory to human nature: people don’t naturally love w…

I always love being called fragile by the people who believe modern white women in first world countries are marginalized, pop antidepressants and anxiolytics like candy, dye their hair green and cut their bangs with a saw. Like seriously, they get a degree in gender studies and write blogs about their oppression while sipping Starbucks...and we are the fragile ones worthy of mockery. Half the world lives on $5/day and the past century was rife with genocide, intentional famines, near nuclear ho…

Never said I was mistreated. And you’re certainly a feminine behaving man. I am a hospital supervisor and former RN. 90% of my coworkers are women and I have no issue with them, I hang out with multiple of them outside of work, blahblahblah. Stop trying to attach some psychological trauma to me that doesn’t exist or act like I’m a basement dwelling incel. The issue with people like you is that you have no idea how the world works and attempt to sound educated or worldly when you don’t know shit.…

I love being called “fragile” by women who have wholeheartedly accepted their victim culture, shittalk men constantly, cry whenever it suits them, are riddled with mental health problems, “find themselves” by sleeping around, post on each other’s pictures constantly to reassure themselves they’re pretty, act scared of men in public when they’re more likely to get struck by lightning compared to being raped or killed by a stranger. But we men are the fragile ones for mocking this sort of behavior…

You realize you are the one who started bashing the_donald here unprovoked then go on to act like you’re victimized by people bashing your politics unprovoked. I won’t even get bothered with socialism, believe whatever stupid shit makes you happy, but don’t act like being a far-left socialist makes you any less loopy. As far as global disasters go socialism has done worse than conservatives despite all the trump derangement syndrome that makes him out to be Hitler. Trump is by no means good but …

Was taking with a female coworker about my dating life in vague terms and how I don’t pursue anymore. It was such a foreign concept to her not to be talking to multiple people and always having options. I said to her apparently it’s creepy to approach random women now, she says yup. I say the dating apps are trash, she agrees. I say I don’t date coworkers or in my friend group. So, I ask her, what are my options? She had no idea what to say. There is no winning even if you want to play the game.…

And what proportion of the population do you think are jacked bodybuilders? 0.1%? People act like this is some big flaw in BMI that makes the whole thing worthless because you have extreme outliers it doesn’t account for or claim to account for. The obesity rate is not 80% either, the overweight rate is 60-70% and obesity is around 40%. Definitely not going to deny it’s stupid for health/life insurance to punish him for being overly healthy though. Them using it as a sole metric and not making e…
