I'm 23 and I'm lucky my dad was like yours. I had a few girlfriends when I was 16-17 and they all resulted in my grades falling and my extracurricular activities suffering. Thanks to my dad who told me to focus on my self, I recovered from the slump. Keep going, your son will understand.

My teacher thought I was deaf cause I didn't listen to hear lol and then she thought I had ADHD. I came from a non english speaking country and that was my first year in a english speaking country. I couldn't hear her cause I couldn't understand her and I didn't pay attention cause I didn't know what she wanted to do.
