I was diagnosed with a tumour in my testicle 5 years ago. While devastated, I went through everything to make myself better for my family. Chemotherapy, radiology, even went as far as an orchiectomy. I have been in the clear ever since, I've been eating well, training everyday, no smoking, appreciating everyday I'm gifted. Which really pisses me off because this video gave me cancer again anyway

My small contribution here...start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or MMA. Hear me out, not just as a workout or be more confident, though they are bonuses. Trust me, you WILL fail multiple times at every class when some kid submits you over and over. Look up the Uberman sleep schedule. Basically it states that you feel most rested after waking up after a full cycle of Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep. Each cycle of REM is 90 mins. I did this whole on deployment. Go to sleep say around midnight, 4 cycles of REM so get up at 6am. Feel fully rested. More so than if I sleep until 7am and wake up mid cycle. Food for thought
