Terrible. Genital mutilation is terrible, the kids cannot give any sort of consent and it does not seem to have any medical purpose. Sorry to get off track here, but what is half as atrocious is the mother documenting all this so casually. I'm glad I was born in 2001 to Indian immigrants who not only don't believe in genital mutilation but also don't believe in publishing every waking moment of their child's life, regardless of how embarassing or private the image is. I feel so terrible for this…

Reasons to be thankful I was born to Indian parents who don't believe in doing this.

Thank you for putting it so very very well. I wish I had the name for the No True Scotsman fallacy a year back when a feminist in real life threw that same argument at me to claim feminism was something different.

Oh boy. Can't wait to try to get another job in this sort of political climate after college. With this type of stuff being pulled to keep me back. Between things like this and the fact that from what I hear about Bachelors degrees are becoming more and more useless/becoming worth basically the same as a high school diploma, I wonder if the immense stress that I may have to put up with and the large amount of responsibility I will take on in college for my Mechanical Engineering major will just …

Thats fucking dark. I don't even know who the bad guy is here. The wife because she was literal scum or the husband because he fucking shot her.

Jumping into the work alongside the people you are leading shows that you are there to help and get stuff going and not boss people around. There is a difference between one who never gets their hands dirty and is quicker to tell someone to do something for them and one who delegates tasks, mentors the people below them, has patience, and is not afraid to do some of their own work. One has the command and respect of their followers and the other is inefficient and will eventually begin to piss o…

I can already imagine the girls crowding the hosting classroom and ridiculing any man coming in to discuss something. I am third in charge/co founder of our own political club at my school and we have had plenty of dissenting persons come to our meetings. I live in an area between a liberal city and a conservative rural area so people are more toward the middle so even the most left wing, communism loving person can still have a civilized discussion with a capitalist hard right conservative. So …

Vice is pretty hypocritical. They will sexualize men to their heart's content and then get angry over the reverse.

Good thing she didn't become a elementary school teacher. She would have attacked someone's kids at some point.

Yet some guys get years upon years for this type of stuff regardless of their background.

If you are a women in the US, you can basically get away with this type of stuff scot free. Most of it isn't reported, and if you do get reported, the judge will just give you a slap on the wrist and a pat on the back. She raped a student multiple times. Her fucking life should have been ruined (especially if she had been a guy, his life would have been fucked.). She should have landed jail time and lost her license. Now she will live a normal life and still be able to teach adults. She won't be…

I don't even know how to respond to this. To joke about it, get pissed, or both.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
