the good life she expected from you It’s quite apparent that your perception of relationships is quite warped and you’re approaching them from an extremely unhealthy place.

I should what? You claim that women left you because you were vulnerable, but you provide no honest introspection as to the other party’s experience of said relationships. It’s a fair assumption that maybe you don’t fully understand the other person’s experience. Maybe you miscommunicated. Maybe the other party realized you weren’t compatible. However you’re essentially putting the burden on the other party for the failing relationship, and then using that previous failure to represent all relat…

Everyone is terrified of being vulnerable. It’s not a male only thing. Men lean on being scared of being vulnerable as an excuse to not; then shocked pikachu when they can’t have healthy relationships because they spent decades in relationships with horrible communication. Many parts of life are uncomfortable. That’s okay. Learn to manage discomforts and care for your mental well-being and it will be less difficult.

Women who claim it’s a turn off are women that should be avoided, much like men who cannot communicate their emotions. They are not relationship material.

Vulnerability isn’t easy because experiencing negative emotions is a fundamental part of being vulnerable. Pain, heartbreak, disappointment, and discomfort are all a part of being vulnerable. Mastering these emotions is necessary to live a life of fulfillment and satisfaction. Meaning: understanding that they are integral to being human, that they are difficult, that this takes time, and learning how cope with them in a healthy and constructive manner so that you grow and mature. Vulnerability i…

This goes in line with Brene Brown’s research in her book ‘Daring Greatly’. Downplaying compliments is a form of rejecting an attempt at vulnerability, and vulnerability is the key to human connection. I strongly advise everyone to read it.

Under 10% is unrealistic. Get out of here with that nonsense; you’re only going to shame them even more for recommending goals that are so unattainable. Sub 20% and athletic is a good enough goal for most normal people.

Her shield was up because she doesn’t want to talk to him. There’s no excuse; he’s not entitled to a conversation with her. She just doesn’t want to talk to him. It’s good to be outgoing and brave and to talk to people, but it’s also good to be realistic and to know when you’re invading someone’s personal space. There are women that don’t want to be approached, and they don’t need an excuse like being “nervous” or “frustrated” to shutdown a conversation.
/r/seduction07/06/18 06:51 PM

I’m glad you’re doing this and I’m glad you’re stoked about overcoming fear and frustrations, but not all women want to be talked to. Woman #2 is a prime example of that. Good for you for bailing and not bugging her, but I think some people reading this might read too much into your over optimism. To other people trying this, if a girl says no, she means no. She doesn’t mean that you have to use a better line or try harder. She means no. Source: a guy that has to hear his girlfriend complain abo…

Skimmed through it but; Bluetooth AirPods are literally gods gift to man. If you’ve never work a scarf you’ve never been in cold windy weather. If you’re still not wearing scarfs sub 40 degrees then you’re missing out on what’s equivalent to a mother’s bosom of warmth.

This post is ridiculous. Yes, your test levels might mildly increase. No, it won’t be substantial enough to do anything. The REAL effect is that, surprise, by doing all those things you’ve created a healthy lifestyle. Who woulda thought that a healthy lifestyle makes you feel better.

Aaaaand this is why I'm still subscribed to this sub. It's not about picking up chicks; it's about making the world we live in much more comfortable by teaching us how to be accepting of ourselves and other people.

You shouldn't frame your perspective around "getting women." I'm not sure if you're trolling or being serious but I'm going to respond like you're serious. If you legit have autism, then I'm unqualified to comment. But I can say that if you instead frame your view around being friendly, socializing, and becoming more comfortable instigating and maintaining conversations, then dating life will follow suit. There is so much power behind your mindset. It's also why megalomaniacs are so successful. …

I'm not really active in r/seduction at all, I'm just subscribed and currently in a LTR, but holy FUCK most people don't realize the biggest piece of gold that comes from this sub and the lessons learned here are not hook ups but learning how to network and make friends. If you apply things from this sub to every day life, then networking, building a social circle, and becoming a more likable and fun person are inherent perks. Forget finding an SO, making friends and building a stable career are…

"CICO isn't the best base system to lose weight. Because it's the base system that America uses and are" Nope. There's no way to quantify or verify the validity of that statement. America as a country doesn't have a standard for losing weight, and you're overgeneralizing a whole population without regard to cultural standards or history. Pls stop trying to misinform people.

Isn't this the inevitable? It depends on the girl, but at some point they'll want to move on or make it official. After all, you're not the only available guy. Many girls want a boyfriend, and if you fail to deliver it makes sense for them to move on after a while. Some girls may be open to keeping you around, but everyone's different.

movies. if not movies, hang out in your room. hang out on your bed. touch her. i don't see how it's possible to have a girl in your house that you have sexual tension with and NOT hook up with her. if you got her over, she's down to pound.

I've been hooking up with this girl regularly for the past two months. We have yet to discuss our relationship, but we sleep at each other's houses about 4 nights a week. We go out, usually with friends, and party together. We don't text often, unless it's to hang out, but we're slightly intimate when we do. We don't do PDA unless its in private. She doesn't really question who I hang or go out with, and I don't do so to her. We snapchat each other, but that's about it. I wouldn't necessarily ob…

I honestly prefer to hang out with them over my guy friends. Especially if there's a small group of them; they keep each other occupied, and I can separate at any time. If I fail at meeting anyone, I can always double back and dance/hang with them.

I thought it was an interesting read and a pretty good FR. I read it as hastily as you wrote it. Some of your shit didn't work and some did, and I think you acknowledged that, and since it's a FR, you should note it so that some of us who may be doing the same thing don't do it. I see too many people commenting on threads saying "wow so cringe-worthy" "sounds like asshole" "blahblahblah." Keep writing FRs, you're doing well.

I think you're extremely over generalizing this subreddit. Sure, as with all things, there are fanatics. There are manipulative guys that have never even heard of seduction. To most people, seduction is about becoming the person you want to be. Sure there are tactics, philosophies, and methods that may or may not have been proven to work, but all of these are part of every day social dynamics...we've just put a name on them. I think for a lot of us, we simply want to become better at being fun p…

I read a really good quote, that was (paraphrasing) "Generally, if you have to think about whether or not some form of pick up is a good or bad idea, you should just do it. You'd be surprised at the end result, and if it's a bad idea, well..the more you know." What do you have to lose? If it fails, it'll make an excellent pickup story for another girl you meet in your native tongue.

This is a good question. From reading the comments, I learned the best answer is to say: "excuse me?" with direct eye contact. Pause what you're doing and look him in the eye, followed by a wink or blowing a kiss. I would personally say "easy killer" or a "whoa there buddy." Something that says you're better than he and you give no fucks.

Its a great message, but what about meeting them? A girl that won't date you because of your jawline is obviously a lame person to date, but do you not think looks are the first "attack?" its the first thing any girl at a club is going to notice, and if you can't get in with the first look, arguably everything after will be more difficult. If i can get into a conversation, then im good. My problem is initializing an interest in me that, like many people on here, has been my biggest obstacle.
