I took 2 full years from separation to next sexual encounter. Mentally I was healthy, in a good place, all of that. I still had performance issues. Regardless of emotions and all that get your testosterone checked. Marriage, an emotional divorce, then being alone for a while can really fuck up our hormones. Take a little more time for yourself, and get your T checked while you heal. Bounce back like a champ next time. You’ve got this brother.

You are not over reacting. Without changes you are at best a year or two away from cheating/divorce. I’m speaking from experience of this exact thing. Her seeking attention and enjoying it from other men (ex or not) and not respecting what should be an understandable and reasonable boundary are super worrisome. Your ship is sinking. Figure out why asap.

If this was a women’s sub, you’d get tons of “Yass Queen go find you someone that gives you that spark. You deserve it! You’re a star” That’s bullshit. You have young kids. Your happiness doesn’t matter right now. Certainly find a way to try and make your life as good as it can be, but work it out with your wife. Get some counseling. Honestly this sounds like a woman posting in disguise. This is the dumb shit they come up with to torpedo their families. Maybe get your T checked.

Add me to the list. Luckily dodged the restraining orders though. Everything else to a T.

Jumping i with a plus one here. This exact thing happened to me. I call them the cunt club. Divorced one by one and turned our happy marriage into an unrecoverable nightmare. Anything I did, including passively doing nothing was tantamount to abuse. I even had these women send me nasty messages after the divorce about how worthless I am and how the ex’s new bf is a “real man.” It can get brutal.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
