There's always a few new single mom's at school each year, mom's at their kids sports events, out food shopping I've been invited to parties or a lady asks for help then conversation ensues. Met some at bars, wineries, out shopping, at the beach on vacation, online, at work, thru friends.... There's a lot less games when you're older. If people suffer from depression, anxiety, guilt, shame or embarrassment, they would find use of the workbook and a couple sessions with a CBT specialist.
