Honestly I have an ego problem. Which makes me worry more than I should. I'm really good at pretending to not give a shit. I'm basically going fake it till you make it, and I'm super comfortable in social situations. The issue is that when I'm alone I start thinking and getting insecure. But approaching more should solve these issues. Abundance mentality. This is the first girl I tried gaming since I've implemented RP into my life.

Already have. She just has to go out and smoke every 10 minutes, and I told her to fuck off, that I'm healthy and I don't want her smoke in my face. This dude gives her free cigarettes. She's an addict, and addicts will do things for drugs.

My sleep hygiene is terrible, and I need to fix it immediately. My body wakes me up in the middle of the night sometimes too, even when I go to sleep early. I think this is because I don't exercise enough, so hopefully lifting and swimming will help get me more tired. I'm also going to remove screens before bedtime. I've gotten so used to falling asleep to a youtube video it's fucking sabotaged my brain, gotta rewire. Anyways thanks for the advice my guy, I'll take it into account on this journe…

You're right, I don't yet. I have been looking at workout routines and nutrition plans for a person like me. I've always been the skinny kid, and I want to put on muscle. The gym is going to be one of my main focuses this year, and getting big is essential. Do you have any specific workout routines you reccomend for a begginer who wants to get big? I think I have the nutrition down to a T, but I see tons of conflicting opinions on gym workouts. Is 5 days a week better than 3?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
